Hallo! Bist du auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer in Düsseldorf? Ich könnte dir ein voll-möbliertes, 16m2-großes in Düsseldorf-Benrath anbieten. Preis wäre 400€ und da ist alles inbegriffen, also Nebenkosten, WLAN, GEZ-Gebühren, Waschmaschinenbenutzung und mit Absprache mit der Vermieterin darf der Pool im Garten mitgenutzt werden. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse zur alleinigen Nutzung von dir und deiner Mitbewohnerin.
Ist sehr schön gelegen, man ist super schnell am Schloss Benrath und am Rhein.
Das Zimmer ist in einer 2er WG. In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt eine Mitte 20-jährige Frau, die gerade für ein paar Monate einen (jetzt online) Sprachkurs macht.
Aufgrund der Corona-Situation haben sich meine Pläne geändert und ich kann dort nicht einziehen und suche deshalb eine Person, die anstelle von mir dort einziehen möchte. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei, du kannst aber auch erst später einziehen, wenn dir das lieber ist. Der Auszugsmonat ist relativ flexibel, idealerweise bis mindestens Ende Juli, länger ist kein Problem.
