Ich suche zum 01.09 eine neue Mitbewohnerin für ein ruhiges, unmöbliertes Zimmer zum Hinterhof gelegen inklusive Balkon.
Ich habe zwei Zimmer in der Wohnung (ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein Größeres). Wir teilen natürlich Küche und Bad, die voll möbliert sind. Der Abschlag ist für die Hälfte der Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und einige Küchenmöbel.

I am looking for a new flatmate moving in around September 1st. The room is unfurnished, calm and facing a backyard. It also has a nice little balcony.
I personally have two rooms in the apartment (a bedroom and a bigger one). Of course we will share the kitchen and bathroom which are both furnished. The amount of money indicated above (Abstandszahlung) includes half of the washing machine, half of the dish washer and some kitchen furniture.
… könnte besser nicht sein. Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum von Bilk gegenüber des Shopping Centers Düsseldorf Arcaden, direkt hinterm Real. Die U-Bahnstation Bilk S ist 2 min. entfernt, von wo aus man in 5 min. an der Heinrich-Heine- Allee (Innenstadt) ist. Die Straßenbahnstation Färberstraße, von wo aus die 701 und 704 fahren, ist in 3 min. erreicht. Zum Rhein und Medienhafen braucht man mit dem Fahrrad etwa 7 min.
…the location could not be better. The apartment is in the center of Bilk just across the shopping center Düsseldorf Arcaden behind the supermarket Real. The subway stop Bilk S is a 2 minute walk away. From there you can reach the old town (Heinrich-Heine-Allee) in 5 minutes. The tram/s-train stop Färberstraße is 3 minutes away where the lines 701 and 704 have a stop. It takes around 7 min. to the Rhine and Medienhafen by bike.
Seit Anfang des Jahres wohne ich in Düsseldorf. Vorher habe ich einige Jahre in Köln studiert (Medienwissenschaft) und gearbeitet. In der Woche bin ich eher ruhig, mache Sport, schlafe und arbeite. Am Wochenende bin ich allerdings viel unterwegs und hab auch mal Besuch da, bin aber nicht so der Clubgänger (mehr? :)). Ich verreise viel oder besuche meine Familie. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir gemeinsam was unternehmen würden, kochen, Wein, Bier, Schnaps?... Natürlich nur, wenn es sich ergibt, ich bin eigentlich ganz unkompliziert und mache auch hin und wieder mal die Tür hinter mir zu.
Ich fände es super, wenn du auch arbeitest oder Student in der Endphase bist. Ich ziehe sauber gegenüber dreckig definitiv vor ;)
I live in Düsseldorf since January. Before, I studied (media studies) and worked in Cologne. During the week I mostly work, work out and sleep. During the weekends I am on the run a lot and have people over every once in a while, not going to clubs so much (anymore? :)). I also travel a lot (abroad or to see my family). I would be happy if we could hang out together a bit, cook, have a wine, beer, schnaps?... Only if the occasion arises, no pressure. I am really easy going and straight forward so I might close the door behind me every now and then as well.
I would prefer if you were working or a student towards the end of your degree. I definitely prefer a clean flat over a disgusting one, obviously ;)
