Hallo zusammen,
ich suche eine nette Zwischen- bzw. Untermieterin für 2 schöne, möblierte Zimmer mit Balkon und Wohnküche. Von der Wohnküche gelangt man in das eigene, große Wohnzimmer (16 qm) mit gemütlichem Sofa, Sideboard und Wandregalen. Von dort geht es weiter in das helle Schlafzimmer mit Bett, Schrank, großer Kleiderschrank, einem Sekretär und Sessel. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal und Kleiderstange ausgestattet. Beide Räume liegen ruhig zum grünen Innenhof und können alleine genutzt werden. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man Zugang zum Balkon.
Ich selbst habe mein Arbeitszimmer in der Wohnung, das am anderen Ende vom Flur aus liegt - ich bin allerdings nur tagsüber zum Arbeiten hier, so dass man die Wohnung ansonsten für sich hat.
Eine gemütliche & voll ausgestattete Wohnküche sowie Bad mit Badewanne werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Wenn du berufstätig bist, mindestens 25 und idealerweise etwas WG-Erfahrung hast, freu ich mich auf deine Nachricht!

Hello everyone,
I'm offering 2 furnished rooms for temporary rent until July 2018. The spacious living room (16 qm) is furnished with a comfortable sofa, as well as a sideboard and shelves. From the living room you can enter the bedroom. Both rooms are situated towards the quiet and green backyard and you'll have both rooms to yourself. The bedroom is 15,5 qm and furnished with hopefully all you need (bed, cupboard, clothes rail, desk & chair).
I have my studio at the opposite end of the apartment, so I'm usually there working during the days. Other then that, you'll have the apartment to yourself. There is a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Kitchen and bathroom will be shared.
If you're 25 or older, working and have a bit of experience with living in a shared apartment, I'm looking forward to your message.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral nähe Fürstenplatz zw. Bilk und Friedrichstadt mit mehreren Supermärkten, netten Cafés und dem Volksgarten in direkter Umgebung. Die S-Bahn Station Friedrichstadt ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar.

The apartment is located in Düsseldorf Bilk/Friedrichstadt, about 10 minutes walking distance from the main station, in a nice neighbourhood with supermarkets, cafés, a park etc. The S-Bahn station Friedrichstadt is only 2 minutes away.
The WG life has been rather quiet and relaxed. I'm German, but I also speak Englisch and Spanish - and always enjoy meeting people from around the world :) I enjoy cooking, sports and going out friends for a beer or a concert. I work in the creative field and will only use to appartment for working and lunch, so I'm usually here during the day, but for the evenings and weekends you'll have the appartment mainly to yourself.
Bevorzugt an Nichtraucher - Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
