My room is large, with a 160 x 200 bed, a wooden 60's sideboard, an arched bed light with a dimmer, some closet space, and a large window into the backyard.
The living room is even bigger, with a dining table for four, large windows and chandelier, a projector, and a cozy couch.
The kitchen and bathroom are small but sufficient and pleasant.
All kitchen equipment and furniture will be there.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geraeumig, mit einem 160x200 Bett, einem Sideboard aus den 60ern, viel Platz fuer Kleidung und einem schoenen grossen Fenster zum ruhigen Hinterhof.
Das Wohnzimmer ist noch groesser mit gemuetlicher Couch und dem Essbereich.
The flat is located on a small street very close to Bilk S, Furstenplatz, and a one minute walk from the Farberstrasse tram stop. Many grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, and there are many connections to the Altstadt. Bilk is a low-key neighborhood with a varied population, but many young people.
Deutsch:
Super schoen gelegen auf einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Jedoch in unmittelbarer Naehe zum oeffentlichen Nahverkehr (Halteselle Faerberstrasse ist nur 1 Minute entfernt) und jeder Menge Supermaerkte (Real,- Aldi, Rewe, Bilker Arcaden, ...)
Bilk ist das Studentenviertel Duesseldorfs und auch der groesste Stadtteil und hat eine Menge zu bieten.
My flatmate is also a friend, and is at work most of the day. When in the flat, he is neat and considerate. He wakes up early but is quiet. We don't host big parties but like to have dinner parties occasionally. We clean once a week, and make sure to keep the common spaces pleasant at all times.
Mein Mitbewohner arbeitet, deswegen gibt es keine grossartigen Parties, jedoch gemuetliche Kochabende mit Freunden. Wir moegen es gern sauber und aufgeraeumt und legen Wert auf ein achtsames Miteinander.
