Die WG liegt im 2. Stock eines schönen und ruhigen Studentenwohnheims. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei WG-Zimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche. Die angegebene Miete inkludiert Nebenkosten bereits.
Ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin, da ich für ein Praktikum nach England gehe. Du würdest Dir die WG im August bis Mitte September mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Aileen teilen. Ab Mitte September zieht sie auch aus, es kommt aber keine Nachmieterin mehr. Aileen ist 25, super freundlich und studiert Germanistik und Anglistik.
Das Zimmer wäre, nach Bedarf, möbliert. Mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, etc. Können wir gerne absprechen! : )
VORAUSSETZUNG FÜR DAS ZIMMER IST EINGESCHRIEBENE STUDENTIN ZU SEIN!
Bei Fragen stehe ich sehr gerne zur Verfügung. :)
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden. Man ist in 10 Minuten an der Uni, in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt und läuft ca. 6-8 Minuten zum Bus/Bahn. Es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, inklusive eines Bäckers, Pizza Pavillons, Sushi-Restaurant, etc. fußläufig erreichbar.
