Die geräumigen Zimmer sind etwa gleich groß und sind privater Bereich.
Küche, Diele und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, sowie Fitness und Schwimmbad sind bequem zu Fuß in den Arkaden zu erreichen.
Wir sprechen deutsch und englisch, daher wäre eine Vermietung an ausländische Mieter willkommen.
Eine Reinigung des Bades und der Böden alle 14 Tage ist in der Miete inbegriffen und Bestandteil des Mietvertrages.
