18qm Zimmer in Derendorfs bester Lage

Zur Lage der Wohnung… Derendorf ist echt nett, da es viele tolle Restaurants und Kneipen in der direkten nahen Umgebung gibt, ein Netto ist 3 Minuten Fussweg entfernt, ein Rewe ca. 7-8 Minuten. Zum Flughafen fährt ein Bus direkt durch und braucht weniger als 15 Minuten, auch zur Altstadt und zum Bahnhof kommt man mit der Strassenbahn innerhalb von 15 Minuten quasi direkt vor der Tür - aber ohne den Lärm in der Wohnung zu haben. Der Rheinpark Golzheim ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und auch zum Campus der neuen FH kann man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten laufen. Die Nordstrasse ist eine Einkaufsstrasse wo es auch fast alles gibt, auch dort kommt man in 10 Minuten zu Fuss hin.

About the location of the flat (Derendorf)… It is a really nice area and I enjoy it to be here. There are many nice pubs and restaurants around, supermarkets are very close (one is 3 mins, the other one 7-8 mins away if you walk). To the airport every 20 minutes a bus is running which takes less than 15 mins, there also is a tram station really close by where you can get to the town centre or main station within 15 mins. To the Rhine river and the Golzheim park just next to it, it is also just a 10 minutes walk. Same for the campus of the new FH university and the nice shopping street „Nordstrasse“.

Ich selbst bin 29 Jahre alt und voll berufstätig, für meinen Job auch recht regelmäßig unterwegs, daher meistens auch 1-2 Nächte pro Woche nicht zu Hause. Dennoch suche ich mehr als nur eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) um Geld zu sparen und freue mich auch sicherlich über ein Glas Wein, eine Flasche Bier oder gemeinsame Unternehmungen. Aber natürlich brauche ich wie jeder auch mal meine Ruhe und kann geschlossene Türen daher ebenfalls sehr gut respektieren :) Ich gehe gerne auf Konzerte (Indie, Alternative aber auch Post-Hardcore sind so meine Richtungen), spiele gerne Badminton und fahre Kanu, geniesse gerne den Sommer im Park mit Freunden, find Brettspiele super, reise total gerne durch die Welt und lerne diese und die ganzen Kulturen dabei kennen. Ich koche super gerne, aber leider aktuell relativ selten - vielleicht ändert sich das ja dann mal wieder :)

Grundsätzlich bevorzuge ich Nichtraucher, sonst bin ich aber relativ offen. Falls ihr Interesse habt, wäre es klasse, wenn ihr euch die Zeit nehmt und mir auch ein paar Zeilen über euch selbst schreiben würdet. Falls ihr Fragen haben solltet, nur zu. Da ich erst Mitte August wieder in Deutschland bin und nicht weiß ob ich bis dahin regelmäßigen Internetzugang haben werde, warne ich euch schonmal vor, dass ich vermutlich erst dann antworten kann.

I am 29 years old and „just“ working. For my job I need to travel so most probably I will be away 1-2 nights per week. Nevertheless I am also looking for a nice flat mate to enjoy a nice talk, glass of wine or bottle of beer in the evening. Of course as every human sometimes I need to be for myself but I also respect it the other way round, so don’t worry :) I enjoy music and concerts (mainly indie, alternative and also post hardcore), like to play badminton and canoeing, love to just hang around in the park during summer time, like board games but my main passion is to travel around and learn about other cultures. I also like to cook but unfortunately recently I just got lazy, I hope that will change again soon :)

I prefer nonsmokers but in regards to everything else I would consider myself as totally open minded. If you are interested it would be perfect if you just could take the time and write a little bit about yourself. If you have any questions please let me know.
