Die Wohnung ist in ruhiger Lage im Düsseldorfer Stadtteil Derendorf gelegen, direkt zwischen Spichernplatz und Bankstraße, zwischen Tannenstraße, Roßstraße und Collenbachstraße. Fußläufig geht es schnell zum Rhein, zur Musikhochschule und Fachhochschule, und in die angrenzenden Stadtteile Pempelfort und Unterrath.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Garten und (wenn gewünscht) einen Autostellplatz (Zusatzgebühr von 55€ p.Monat).
Wir arbeiten und kochen, spielen und gamen, diskutieren und philosophieren und sitzen gerne im Garten.
Ein/e Mitbewohner/in darf sich gerne an unserem Leben beteiligen, oder auch zurückziehen, uns bereichern oder seine Ruhe haben ;-).
Allerdings: du solltest familien- und kinderfreundlich sein!
