Großes WG-Zimmer im Dachgeschoß (5. Etage - mit Aufzug) mit Möbeln* (zum Ablösen) ab Anfang Februar,22 frei!
Das Zimmer liegt zur Südseite mit Abendsonne, großes Fenster erlaubt das Licht den ganzen Tag.
Es enthält auch einen kleinen Teil zum Abstellen, wo man die Schuhen oder die Jacken stellen kann.
*Möbeln sollen für 500€ übernommen werden: ein Doppelbettgestell (vor 3 Wochen neu gekauft), eine Doppelbettmatratze, eine Einzelmatratze, großer Buchregal, eine Schubladenkommode, ein großes Schreibtisch und ein Bürostuhl.
Die alle Matratzen sind nicht aus schaum sondern mit Federkern und sind sehr dick.
*Die Wohnung hat keine Kaution.
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche (mit Backoven, 4er Herd, eine Mikrowelle und 2 Kühlschränke) ein Badezimmer (leider die Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht-das kann man später mit den Anderen erneuern -oder einfach im Waschsalon waschen) und eine Toilette.
Das Gebäude hat auch einen funktionierenden Aufzug.

The room looks to the southern part of the street with evening sun while the big window allows the sunlight all day long.
The room also has a small place for storage, where you can put your shoes or jackets.
*The furniture should be taken over for 500€: one double bed frame (bought new 3 weeks ago), one double bed mattress, one big book shelf, one drawer for clothing, one big desk and one desk chair.
The matresses are with springs and are tick.
*The flat doesnt require a deposit.
The apartment has a kitchen (with baking oven, 4-burner stove, a microwave and 2 refrigerators), a bathroom (unfortunately, the washing machine does not work - this can be renewed later with the others or use the wash salones nearby) and a toilet.
The building also has a working elevator.

In der WG wohnen:
-einen Auszubildenden im Bereich Krankenpflege, der kommt aus Tunisien und spricht Arabisch, Deutsch, Fransözsisch und Englisch und ist 25 Jahre Alt
-eine Design Studentin aus London (sie zieht aber bald aus)
-einen Musiker und Student aus Brazilien ist 27 Jahre alt (er sieht aber am Februar ein)
Unser WG-Leben ist unkompliziert, wir reden ab un zu in der Küche aber öfter ist jeder in seinem Zimmer. Die WG ist relativ leise aber jeder hat ein großes Verständnis wenn man auch ab und zu laut Musik hören will. Die Hauptsache ist dass man die WG ordentlich und sauber hält und wenn es ein Problem gibt, direkt anspricht.

-a trainee in the field of nursing, who comes from Tunisia and speaks Arabic, German, French and English and is 25 years old.

Our flat share life is uncomplicated, we talk in the kitchen from time to time but more often everyone is in their room. The flat share is relatively quiet but everyone is very understanding if you want to listen to loud music from time to time. The main thing is that you keep the WG neat and clean and if there is a problem, address directly.
