Das Zimmer ist Richtung Einbahnstraße ausgerichtet und daher relativ ruhig gelegen. Durch das große Fenster und den hohen Wänden ist das Zimmer schön hell. Die WG ist rauchfrei. Im Zimmer ist ein Kabelanschluss für TV vorhanden. In Absprache mit dem Vermieter sind Haustiere erlaubt.
The room is oriented towards an one-way street and therefore relatively quiet. Due to the large window and the high walls, the room is nice and bright. The flat share is smoke-free. There is a cable connection for TV in the room. Pets are allowed in consultation with the landlord.
Es gibt eine gute Infrastruktur. 3 Minuten Fußweg zu Bus und Straßenbahn. Zum S-Bahnhof sind es ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg über den Hochschul-Campus. Gute und schnelle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten durch Bäckereien, Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, Edeka etc. vorhanden. Das Viertel ist vielfältig geprägt. Es gibt nette Cafés, Bars und Kneipen sowie verschiedene Imbisse und Restaurants. Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Einkaufstraße Nordstraße und ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg zum Rhein. Die Münstertherme ist 15. Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt mehrere Fitnessstudio in Laufnähe.
There is a good infrastructure. A 3 minute walk to bus and tram. A 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station via the university campus. Good and fast shopping possibilities (e.g. bakeries, Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, Edeka etc.). The neighborhood is diverse. There are nice Cafés, bars and pubs as well as various takeaways and restaurants. It is a 15 minutes walk to the shopping street Nordstraße and about 20 minutes walk to the Rhine. The Münstertherme is a 15 minute walk away and there are several gyms within walking distance.
Die Wohnung ist als 2er WG vermietet, was sich optimal zu der Größe der Wohnung anbietet.
Ich selbst bin im Online Marketing tätig und arbeite zu 75% im Home Office. Ich koche unglaublich gerne, liebe es zu lesen und mich sportlich zu verausgaben.
Mir ist eine Balance wichtig, zwischen nettem Beisammensein aber auch seine Ruhe zu haben. Ebenso Selbständigkeit und Ordentlichkeit. Gäste sind gerne Willkommen. Die Partyzeit ist aber eher vorbei. Wenn du das ähnlich siehst, dann freue ich mich auf Rückmeldung.
