I am moving out for work and my room will be available from the 1st of August.
It's a really nice Apartment located in Leopoldstrasse in Pempelfort.
The Apartment itself has 2 bedrooms of identical size, 1 bathroom with a bath/shower, a terrace, a shared garden, a big living room and a kitchen with all the necessary utilities to cook (microwave, oven, cooking surface, fridge), we also have a washing machine for your clothes and a dishwasher. We bought some furniture and the kitchen from the previous owner and we added more so the house is ready to move in.

The location is all you can wish for.
The apparment is on the 1st floor so very easy to access.
There is a supermarket Netto 30 meters from the apartment open everyday (apart from Sunday) until 9pm and also a Rewe about 100 meters open until midnight.
The train station is a 5 min walk.
The closest subway station is 2 min away "Pempelforter Straße U" U71 U72 U73 U83 there is also 7min away "Oststraße U" U70 U74 U75 U76 U77 U78 U79
S Bahn Station "Wehrhahn", The Kö, and The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) are all a 10 minute walk from the apartment, it really is central.
You will be sharing the flat with one other person. He is french and speaks fluent French and English but not German. He works full time as a Store Manager in a store on the Kö so you will see him sometimes but he doesn't spend much time at home.
Everything is included, the room is ready to move in, all the furniture is staying for 350 Euros (Including Kitchen, all the cutlery, plates, pots, pans. Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge, Microwave/oven, Couches, chairs, Bar, TV table, TV, Bed and closets. A shared terrace is also available downstairs we we usually have a BBQ or share some drinks.
