Since I have to move out of the apartment as I found a new job, I am looking forward to finding a replacement tenant for this room that I have lived in for two years
The rent (all inclusive) amounts to 440 €. This includes electricity, heating, water, internet. Since the additional costs are billed as a lump sum, you do not have to worry about an additional payment.
The room is completely furnished and has everything that you need including a fully functional kitchen. You just need to move in with your personal belongings.
A cleaning lady comes twice a month and cleans the whole apartment and all rooms, washes and changes (on request) the bed sheets and towels in the bathroom.
A washing machine and dryer are in the basement. There is also enough space for your bike.

Hallo zusammen,
Da ich aus der Wohnung ausziehen muss, um einen neuen Job zu finden, freue ich mich darauf, einen Ersatzmieter für dieses Zimmer zu finden, in dem ich seit zwei Jahren wohne
Die Miete (alles inklusive) beläuft sich auf 440€. Darin enthalten sind Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet. Da die Nebenkosten pauschal abgerechnet werden, braucht ihr euch bezüglich einer Nachzahlung auch keine Sorgen machen.
Zweimal pro Monat kommt eine Putzfrau und reinigt die ganze Wohnung und alle Zimmer, wäscht und wechselt (auf Wunsch) die Bettlacken und die Handtücher im Badezimmer.
Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich im Keller. Dort ist auch genug Platz für euer Fahrrad.
The apartment is very central with many shops nearby: Netto, Aldi, DM, Galeria etc.
The transport connection is ideal. U-Bahn S-Bahn and bus can be reached on foot in 3-4 minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt ganz zentral mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Netto, Aldi , DM, Galeria etc.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal. U-bahn , S-bahn und Bus sind fussläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Obwohl es die Wohnung ganz zentral liegt, ist an der Cantador sehr ruhig, da es sich im eine 30-Zone handelt.
Two boys live in the apartment: Giulio, 29, from Italy, PhD student at HHU in physics; Hauke, 26, from Germany, studying Business Intelligence at the HHU.
Since we are all very busy, there is currently no intensive flat share living. We talk to each other regularly in the evening or in the morning before work. If there is anything to regulate with the landlady, the exchange works great and everyone gets involved as much as possible.
In der Wohnung leben zwei Jungen: Giulio, 29, aus Italien, Doktorand an der HHU in Physik; Hauke, 26, aus Deutschland, studiert Business Intelligence an der HHU.
Da wir alle sehr beschäftigt sind, gibt es derzeit kein intensives Wohnen in Wohngemeinschaften. Wir sprechen regelmäßig abends oder morgens vor der Arbeit miteinander. Wenn mit der Vermieterin etwas zu regeln ist, funktioniert der Austausch hervorragend und alle engagieren sich so weit wie möglich.
The landlady is super nice and always helps quickly with any issues. You will get an appointment as soon as possible and the boys are looking forward to getting to know you.
According to the landlady, the tenant should have a fixed income. If you are a student, an (informal) parent guarantee is necessary.
Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilft immer rasch bei anfallenden Themen.
