Für mein schönes Zimmer in der Düsseldorfer Stadtmitte suche ich für den 1.01.2021 eine Untermieterin, zunächst für drei Monate mit eventueller Option auf Verlängerung. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet: Bett und Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Sofa verbleiben im Zimmer. Vom Zimmer ab geht ein kleiner Balkon.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit meiner wunderbaren Mitbewohnerin Theresa, die sich momentan im letzten Teil ihres Referendariats (Jura) befindet.
Die große, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche und das kleine, aber feine Bad (mit Badewanne!) werden gemeinsam genutzt. Wir fühlen uns hier zuhause und das soll auch so bleiben! Daher erwarten wir, dass du Ordnung und Sauberkeit schätzt und dich gleichermaßen dafür verantwortlich fühlst.
For my beautiful room in the center of Düsseldorf, I am looking for a subtenant for 1.01.2021, initially for three months with a potential option to extend. The room will be rented furnished: Bed and mattress, closet, desk and sofa will remain in the room. The room also has a small balcony.
You share the apartment with my wonderful roommate Theresa, who is currently in the last part of her legal clerkship (Jura).
The large, fully equipped kitchen/living room and the small but nice bathroom (with bathtub!) are shared. We feel at home here and we want it to stay that way! Therefore we expect you to appreciate order and cleanliness and to feel equally responsible for it.
Das Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof raus und ist daher sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Japanischen Viertel. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés findest du in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Hbf läufst du 7 min, in die Innenstadt 15 min.
The room faces the backyard and is therefore very quiet. The flat is located in the Japanese Quarter. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. To the main station you walk 7 min, to the city centre 15 min.
Mit Theresa findest du eine rücksichtsvolle, aufmerksame und lustige Mitbewohnerin und es wäre schön, wenn du ähnliche Eigenschaften für ein harmonisches Miteinanderwohnen mitbringen würdest!
