Ich (Chris, 22) werde vom 10. August 2015 bis zum 27. März 2016 mein Praxissemester absolvieren und würde in diesem Zeitraum gerne mein Zimmer vermieten.
Die geräumige Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG und hat ein frisch renoviertes Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Dazu gehört:
- Bett mit Matraze (ohne Decke und Kissen)
- zwei kleine Schränke
- drei Regale

Hi,
I (Chris, 22) will do an internship from 10 August until 27 March 2016. Therefore, I will rent my 20 qm room in a nice WG.
The living area is very spacious and is in the 2nd floor. The bathroom is freshly renovated and offers a shower as well as a bathtub. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything one needs.
Your room will be completely furnished. This includes:
• Bed (without quilt and pillow)
• Two little cupboards
• Three shelves
• Desk with a chair
Direkt vor der Haustür fahren die S-Bahnen 1, 6, 11, die euch innerhalb von 4 Minuten an den Hauptbahnhof bringen. Außerdem in gleicher Reichweite könnt ihr die Straßenbahnlinien 706 und 708 verwenden. Dadurch seid ihr auch in ca. 16 Minuten in der Altstadt.
Von unserer Wohnung ist alles wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar:
-REWE (immer bis 24 Uhr geöffnet)

No matters if you have to go to the main train station, to the city center, to the airport or in another part of the town as you can directly find in front of the house the following public transports:
S-Bahn 1, S6. S11: they will bring you within 4 minutes to the train station, you can reach very easily other cities such as Essen
Tram 706: you are within 12 minutes at Jacobistraße, which is popular for shopping and within 16 minutes in our famous “Altstadt” and the river “Rhein”
By foot you can reach the following shops:
-REWE – food store (always open until midnight)
- ALDI – food store
- DM - drugstore
- Hallo Pizza
- post office
- bars
- different cash machines
Meine Mitbewohner Christoph (25, WIE-Student) und Alisa (22, Eventmanagerin) sind sehr unkompliziert und offen.
Man kann zusammen Sport machen, kochen, Filme schauen und feiern. Für einen Spieleabend oder ein Bierchen sind wir auch immer zu haben. Natürlich kann sich aber auch jeder zurück ziehen.

My roommates Christoph (25, student) and Alisa (22, Eventmanager) are very kindly and uncomlicated.
If you like, you can cook with us, watch movies or do sport with us such as playing soccer, going tot he gym or jogging.
We also do game evenings or drink some beer together. However, we respect each privacy and everybody can do what they like.
In den 390€ ist komplett alles mit drin. Warmmiete+Internet+Strom.
Als Kaution für meine Möbel etc. hätte ich gerne 500€.

So you don’t have any extra expenses.
I had to leave a deposit of 500,00€, so it would be great, if you can also pay this.
