Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und Ihr Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Coach, Tischen und TV. Die Küche hat alle notwendigen Möbel und Technik und beinhaltet auch eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine. Das Badezimmer hat eine Wanne mit Dusche und ein WC. I am looking for a kind person to move in our wonderful apartment from 01 February. Your flatemate will be a very nice girl who works here in Duesseldorf. The apartment is fully furnished and your room is partially furnished. There is a lliving room with a coach, tables and TV. The kitchen has all necessary furniture and technique and includes also a washing machine and a dish washer. The bathroom has a wanne with douche and a WC. There is also a balcony where you can find a nice table with chairs so you can also spend time there on a nice weather. The room has a big window, a shelf for clothes and a desk, you can also buy a bookshelf for a little payment of 15 EUR. The rent includes all costs, even ZDF payments and internet
Die Wohnung ist sehr nah an der Zoo-Station Düsseldorf. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und sehr gut durch S-Bahn und Trams c.a 5 Minuten zu Fuß und eine U-Bahn-Station in 3 Minuten. Supermärkte wie Rewe und Aldi sind direkt um die Ecke c.a 3 Minuten entfernt. Viele nette Cafes, Restaurants, Banken sind auf RethelStrasse auch ganz in der Nähe.
The apartment is very close to Dusseldorf Zoo station. The location is excellent and very well connected by S-bahn and Trams c.a 5 minutes by foot and an U-bahn station in 3 mins. Supermarkets like Rewe and Aldi are right around the corner c.a 3 minutes away. A lot of nice Cafes, Restaurants, Banks are on RethelStrasse also really close by.
