Hi there to my future flatmate, =)
I’m writing this message in English for a better understanding. So… Das tut mir leid!
Wir können Deutsch sprechen, wenn wir uns treffen. So, I will wait for your answers in English. ;)
Well… unfortunately, my lovely flatmate is leaving our nice flat in the Volksgarten area, in Oberbilk. Düsseldorf. So, the flat is available from April
The flat is super well located and truly central, and almost beside the biggest park in the city... The beautiful Volksgarten. Only 2 minutes by walk.
HBF – Central Station, is only 10 -12 minutes by walk, 5 minutes by bike, and only one station from the Volksgarten S-Bahn.
The room is around 18 square mt and the flat is around 70 mt in total. The flat has two rooms, one bathroom and one huge kitchen connected directly to our beloved balcony. The kitchen is also our living room and the place where we spend most of our social time. =)
The most, most, MOST important for me, is to find someone nice and easy going to live with. What this means to me?...
First… I really like my ex-flatmate and we became really good friends, so is a big challenge to find a good candidate to replace her. =)
We like to keep our flat clean and in harmony, without being military of the cleaning.
Is much easier to keep it constantly clean, that to cleaned after the hurricanes. That is our law.
But even more important… we really enjoy social life here with friends (mine, yours, etc…). Simply sharing dinners, meals, drinks, tea and coffee etc… with friend's and also meet new and nice people. An open house as our hearts. ;)
However, we also respect our own time and space. Life is balance!
A bit about me…
I’m coming from SouthAmerica and after living in Australia and New Zealand, I came for a job offer to Düssledorf. Currently, I'm working in a Japanese tech company in the Medienhafen area, as Senior Marketing Specialist and bla, bla, bla… (Sorry, I didn’t create this job names).
I’m also a photographer. I already had my 1st photo book and one exhibition in 2017. =)
In my free time, well... I'm practising yoga pretty often, I like to go to the Swimming pool and do other sports activities outside, like biking, hiking, running and some inline skating and basketball.
IMPORTANT: I would like to have a flatmate over 25 years old. Hopefully a fulltime worker. PhD / Master students/ trainees also are welcome... Not bachelor students.
Please, I will not pay attention to people asking me for Skype interviews. Sorry, but I really want to meet people in person.
The price is 520 with all the bills included. Internet, electricity, tv & radio tax, etc...
For the "caution" is requested 2 months of rent.
