Nur geringe Stromkosten für Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, warmes Wasser und dem individuellen eigenen Bedarf werden separat nach dem tatsächlichem Verbrauch berechnet.
WLAN möglich. Wände Rauhfaser weiß. Möbel wie abgebildet vorhanden. Keine WG wie im herkömmlichen Sinne, alle Zimmer des Hauses sind als abgeschlossene Einheiten separat vermietet, nur das WC und die Dusche werden auch von den übrigen Etagenbewohnern mitbenutzt.
Ruhige Lage, dennoch alle Geschäfte und Supermärkte in 3 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sanierter Altbau, ruhige Mitbewohner.
Die Warmmiete (350,- € ) bezieht sich auf eine Mindestmietdauer von einem Jahr, bei kürzeren Vertragslaufzeiten (ab 6 Monate möglich) erhöht sich die Miete nach folgender Formel :
Monatsmiete = 350,- € + (12 – Vertragslaufzeit in Monaten) * 10,- €
Die monatliche Warm- bzw. Gesamtmiete würde also z.B. bei einer festgeschriebenen Vertragsdauer von nur neun Monaten 380,- € betragen, bei einer Vertragsdauer ab 12 Monaten somit nur 350,- €.

Only low electricity costs for washing machine, tumble dryer, warm water and individual needs are calculated separately according to actual consumption.
WiFi possible. Walls woodchip white. Furniture available as shown. Not a shared apartment as in the traditional sense, all rooms in the house are rented out separately as self-contained units, only the toilet and shower are also used by the other residents on the floor.

The rent including heating (€350) refers to a minimum rental period of one year, with shorter contract periods (possible from 6 months) the rent increases according to the following formula:
Monthly rent = €350 + (12 – contract period in months) * €10
The monthly warm rent or total rent would be e.g. €380 for a fixed contract period of only nine months, and only €350 for a contract period of 12 months or more.
