Can be rented without limit.
Room is completely furnished and comes with towels, bed sheets, ect so the basics are provided. Of all rooms it is the calmest since it has windows that do not face the street directly. It seems bigger than 15m2, but see for yourself! (I think it is bc of the slope of the ceiling).
In the basement there are a washing machine and a drier.
Sometimes a cleaning lady comes to uphold basic hygiene in the common rooms.
If interested, I can offer my bike and lock for 40€ for added mobility.

Kann befristet gemietet werden, aber auch unbefristet.
Kommt komplett möbiliert und mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche ect, also für die Basics ust vorgesorgt. Von allen Zimmern ist es das ruhigste, da die Fenster nicht direkt zur Straße schauen. Wirkt größer als 15m2 (wsl wegen der Dachschräge).
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Ab und zu kommt auch eine Putzfrau für die Erhaltung der Grundhygiene in Küche, Bad und Flur.
Bei interesse verkaufe ich auch mein 26 Zoll Fahrrad und Schloss für 40€ für erweiterte Mobilität.
Public transport is easily reachable. Located directly at Eller Süd train and bus station. To the city and/or hbf you need 10min. Holthausen for Henkel is reachable in 12 with the bus. Close to the appartement are a park and, castle Eller.
Groceries and shopping can be done at Eller Mitte or Alt Eller reachable in 10-15min by foot. With bus it would be only 2.

Verkehranbindung ist großartig, direkt an Eller Süd Bahnhof und Busstation gelegen. Zum Hbf braucht man mit der SBahn <10min, nach Holthausen zu Henkel 12min mit dem Bus.
In der Nähe sind ein Park, Schloss Eller und Reithof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Eller Alt und Mitte in 10-15min Fußweg erreichbar. Mit dem Bus wären es nur 2.
The two girls are looking for a nice renter. One is russian, the other indian, therefore english is the prominent language. In the evening they are up for talking and cooking.

Die zwei Mädels suchen nach einer netter Nachfolgerin. Sie sind jeweils Russin und Inderin, Englisch ist also die WG Sprache :) Am Abend wird auch mal gekocht und gequatscht.
