14 qm WG Zimmer mit Zugang zu Balkon

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen, sehr sozialen Gegend mit vielen älteren Menschen. Die Wände sind sehr gut isoliert und dadurch, dass das Haus halbe Stockwerke hat, hört man in der Regel wenig von den Nachbarn (bzw die Nachbarn von uns). Es ist keine Gegend, in der ich ständig laut Party machen würde, aber bisher hat sich auch noch nie jemand beschwert, wenn wir mal später Besuch hatten und eben noch Musik an war und getrunken wurde. Das schöne an der Lage ist, dass die Häuser von großen Grünflächen umgeben sind und es viele Bäume gibt, sodass man sich sehr schnell wohlfühlen kann. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den S-Bahnhof Eller Mitte, und wenn man weitere fünf Minuten von dort aus läuft, erreicht man auch eine U-/Straßenbahn-Station und Bushaltestelle. Dort gibt es auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (einen Netto, einen Rewe, einen DM, einen Roßmann etc etc). Also im Grunde alles, was man braucht ist in 10 Minuten Laufentfernung. Über die Anbindung kann man sich nicht beschweren; wenn man eine S-Bahn bekommt (alle halbe Stunde), ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, mit der Ubahn dauert es 12 Minuten. Falls für dich relevant: zur HHU kommt man mit dem Bus von Alt Eller aus innerhalb von ca 20 Minuten.


The apartment is in a calm, very social area of the city, which has a lot of older people. The walls are well-isolated and because the building has half floors, you don’t hear a lot from the neighbors (or probably more precisely, they don’t hear us much). It’s not a place where I would party loudly all the time, but so far no one has complained when we had late visitors and drank something and/or listened to music at later hours. The nice thing about the location is that the buildings are surrounded by big green areas and trees, so that you can easily feel comfortable. Within 5 minutes you can reach the S-Bahnhof Eller, and if you walk another 5 minutes, you’ll also reach a U-Bahn Station and a bus stop. At the same place, there is a lot of options for shopping, too (a Netto, a Rewe, a DM, a Roßmann etc). So you basically have everything you need within 10 minutes walking distance. You also can’t complain about the connections; if you get an S-Bahn (every 30 minutes), you’re at main station within 5 minutes, with Ubahn, it’s 12 minutes. In case this is relevant to you: you can reach HHU with the bus from Alt Eller within 20 minutes.

Mein Name ist Alina, ich bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere Philosophie, Politik und Wirtschaft an der HHU. Ich hab kein Interesse an einer Zweck-WG, sondern mega Lust, abends zusammen zu kochen und zu essen, sich auszutauschen und mal was miteinander zu unternehmen oder einen gemütlichen Film-/Weinabend oderso zu machen. Meistens habe ich zwar sehr viel zu tun und brauche auch viel Zeit für mich, aber ich freue mich, wenn wir eine Art gemeinsamen Alltag aufbauen. Es ist mir wichtig, dass ein gewisses Level an Sauberkeit herrscht, bin aber auch nicht pedantisch was das angeht. Ich bin nicht vegetarisch, aber versuche, Fleischkonsum zu minimieren, also koche ich meistens vegetarisch. Falls du vegetarisch bist, lässt sich das also auf jeden Fall vereinbaren.

Ansonsten noch ein bisschen mehr was zu mir:

ich liebe alles mögliche Kreative, also ich schreibe unglaublich gerne, male, nähe und spiele ab und zu Klavier. Für guten Kaffee oder Tee bin ich immer zu haben und ich liebe es, sinnvolle Gespräche zu führen. Besonders gerne rede ich über Politik, verrückte Ideen oder Geschichten, Moral, und natürlich alles mögliche Persönliche. Ich bin eher nachtaktiv und morgens mehr so nicht existent. Generell reise ich gerne, habe ein Auslandsjahr in Japan gemacht und arbeite ehrenamtlich in einem sehr internationalen Umfeld.
Aber ich will nicht alles vorwegnehmen, also warum kommst du nicht einfach mal auf einen Kaffee vorbei und wir lernen uns kennen?

I’m not interested in a purpose-flat-share, but I really want to spend time cooking and eating together, to talk a lot and have movie-/wine evenings together from time to time. I’m often very busy and also need a lot of time for myself, but I’d be happy if we manage to establish some sort-of-actually-living-together-lifestyle. It’s important to me that a certain level of cleanliness is maintained, but I’m not super pedantic about it. Also, I’m not vegetarian, but I’m trying to minimize my meat consumption, so I really like to cook vegetarian, too. So, if you’re vegetarian, we will definitely be able to arrange ourselves there.

Apart from that a little bit about myself:

I love all sorts of creative things, from writing to painting, sewing and playing the piano from time to time. I’m always there for good coffee or tea and I love having meaningful conversations. I especially enjoy talking about politics, crazy ideas or stories, morals and of course all sorts of personal things. I’m more of a night owl and in the mornings kinda rather non-existent. In general, I love to travel, have done an exchange year in Japan and am working voluntarily in a very international environment.
But I don’t want to take everything away, so why don’t you just join me for a coffee and we get to know each other?

Ich bin kein Fan von Rauchen, also wäre cool, wenn du mal mindestens Zuhause nicht regelmäßig rauchst.
Die 43 € Sonstigen Kosten sind vom Stromabschlag und Internetvertrag. Da ansonsten die Waschmaschine & Küche eine gemeinsame Anschaffung mit meiner letzten Mitbewohnerin war, müsste auch für die Mitübernahme dieser ein Abschlag gezahlt werden (100€ Waschmaschine, 600€ Küche).

Not a fan of smoking, so it would be awesome if you at least don’t smoke regularly at home.
The 43 € extra costs are your part of the electricity costs. Apart from that, since the washing machine & kitchen was a joined purchase with my previous roommate, you would also have to pay her a price for taking those over (wasching machine 100€, kitchen 600€).
