Hallo, wir suchen einen unkomplizierten Mitbewohner für unsere WG in Flingern-Nord. 353 warm, inkl Internet. Schönes Zimmer, sonniges Fenster zum Innenhof. Altbau mit hohen Decken.
Frei ab 15. April oder vielleicht früher.
Wenn Interesse besteht, könnten einige Möbel gestellt werden. (Muss aber nicht)
Es gibt auch eine große Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 91m2, die drei Schlafzimmer sind fast identisch groß. Im eigenen Zimmer und im Wohnzimmer darf geraucht werden.
Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi etc), diverse Ausgehmöglichkeiten.
Wir sind Fabian (25) und Christian (28). Fabian ist Masterstudent Wirtschaftsprüfung und Christian studiert Medizin. Wir sind vielseitig interessiert und machen gerne etwas zusammen.
Ein netter Mitbewohner zeichnet sich für uns dadurch aus, dass man auch mal was zusammen unternimmt, zum Beispiel ein paar Bier trinken oder auf ein Konzert gehen.

Nice Room in Flingern-Nord. Available from 15th of April or before. 353 EUR inkl utilitys and internet. Some furniture can be provided for if desired. There is a kitchen and a living room we use all together. Smoking is legal in the living room. We are Fabian (25) and Christian (28). Fabian studies financial audit and Christian studies medicine. We are interested in various topics and like to share activitys.
To us, a good roommate is someone who sometimes likes to go out together, for example drinking beer or visiting a rock show.
