Wohnung ist im Altbau. Das Zimmer geht nach vorn zur Birkenstr., ist hell, hohe Decke, keine Möblierung. Wohnküche (ca. 20 qm) und Bad (ca. 8 qm) sind von mir voll ausgestattet, kann alles mitbenutzt werden, kann aber auch noch ergänzt werden. Langer Balkon nach hinten, von der Küche aus zugänglich.
Verkehrsanbindung super, S-Bahn Wehrhahn, U-Bahn in einer Minute erreichbar.
Ich suche Mitbewohner/in, respektvoll, ruhig (Wohnung ist hellhörig) und verlässlich, gerne mit Interesse an Kunst, Literatur etc. Bin bildender Künstler und arbeite tags meistens im Atelier ausserhalb. Bewohne selbst 2 Zimmer in der Wohnung, da mein Sohn (15 Jahre) ab und zu hier ist. Mir ist wichtig, dass in Küche und Bad nach der Benutzung alles sauber hinterlassen wird und ein rücksichtsvolles Zusammenwohnen möglich ist. Mein Tagesablauf ist eher unregelmässig, beginnt aber meistens später.
