Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig. Durch das sich direkt anschließende Wohnzimmer hat man deutlich mehr Bewegungsfreiraum, so dass man es sich sehr bequem machen kann.

The room is big and the sun always fills it with light. Thanks to the living room you feel having a lot more space so you can easily make yourself comfortable.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als ausreichend. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal, man ist in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof, in 15 in der Altstadt. Allerdings gibt es auch im direkten Umfeld so viele schöne Cafés, Restaurants und Bars, dass man gerne auch einfach im eigenen Viertel bleibt. Der Zoopark ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir sind eine Mischung aus Familien- und Freundes-WG und freuen uns immer über Besuch. Es ist uns sehr wichtig, dass sich jeder zu Hause fühlt, gleichzeitig aber auch so viel Freiraum hat wie er/sie will. Die Wohnung ist sehr weitläufig, so dass man auch problemlos Freunde einladen oder es sich beim Film-Gucken bequem machen kann, ohne sich gleich gegenseitig auf die Füße zu treten.
Es lebt hier auch ein Baby, hierauf sollte unser/e Zwischenmieter/in Rücksicht nehmen. Partys oder ähnliches sind daher momentan leider nicht möglich, Freunde sind natürlich immer willkommen. :)
