Da meine Mitbewohnerin demnächst auszieht, wird ein Zimmer in meiner WG frei. Hier wird das Zimmer nach vorne zur Straße angeboten. Die Miete ist erstmal befristet auf ein halbes Jahr, da ich möglicherweise selbst danach ausziehe und die WG dann aufgelöst wird. Sicher ist das jedoch nicht, falls also Interesse besteht und sich die Situation anders entwickelt, kannst du auch länger hier wohnen wenn du magst :) Da ich jedoch verbindlich mit dir plane sobald du hier eingezogen bist, ist der Vertrag befristet und kann nicht vorher gekündigt werden. Das Zimmer wäre auch schon ab Mitte September frei, falls du aber erst gegen Ende des Monats kannst wäre dies kein Problem.
Das Zimmer ist ca 18qm groß und wird teil möbliert vermietet. Bisher steht darin nur der weiße Kleiderschrank und ein Regal welches auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist. Es hat eine kleine Dachschräge, welche allerdings nicht stört und nicht bis zum Boden reicht. Es liegt nach vorne zur Hauptstraße, trotzdem ist es angenehm hell. Es befindet sich im 4. Stock (leider ohne Aufzug!) eines sehr schönen Altbaus. Auch wenn die Straße tagsüber befahren ist, sowohl mit Autos wie auch Straßenbahnen, sind die Fenster sehr gut, so dass man fast nichts von draußen mitbekommt.
Wir haben außerdem ein schönes Tageslichtbad, mit Badewanne und eine relativ große Küche, in der genug Platz ist, sich zusammen zu setzen.
Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich auf 450 Euro.
Wichtig: Bei Einzig ist eine Kaution von 250€ fällig.
Die Möbel im Zimmer bestehen aus:
-Ikea Schrank
-Bücherregal
Die möblierten Fotos habe ich genommen damit man die Größenverhältnisse abschätzen kann und sieht was man bspw. aus dem Zimmer machen könnte.
Ich habe noch eine Matratze bei mir die du gerne in der Zeit nutzen kannst, oder du besorgst dir noch selber weitere Möbel wie du magst.

My roomate will leave at the end of the months so I search for a new person to share my flat with. The room is offered for a limited time of half a year, from 30.09 till end of march. Maybe I will move out as well at the end of that period. If that should not be the case which I would tell you as early as possible than maybe we can extend your contract. After you moved in there is no possiblity to quit the contract earlier, If you want you can move in at mid September.
The room is about 18m² big and is offerend including a wardrobe and a Shelf. It's on the 4th floor unfortunatly there is no elevator. On the backyard of the house is a possiblity to store a bike.
Price is including the rent, electricity, WI-FI and other costs all in all 450€.
Caution: When you move in you have to pay a Deposit of 250€ which you will return when you move out.
Furniture inside the room:

-Wardrobe
I have an additional matress you can use during your time Here, or you Bring own furniture.
Super Lage! Quasi vor dem Haus halten die Straßenbahnlinien 709 und 706, der Bahnhof Flingern S ist vielleicht 3 Minuten und der Bahnhof Wehrhahn zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem ist die Wehrhahn Linie auch in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ansonsten ist Flingern super schön, viele Altbauten, nette kleine Cafés, Restaurants oder
Bars.
Eine Sparkasse und eine Post sind in unserer Straße, außerdem verschiedene Bäcker, ein Kaisers, Rewe, Netto, Penny und Aldi sind auch alle höchstens 10 Minuten entfernt. Und in die Stadt ist es auch echt nicht weit, vor allem mit dem Fahrrad. Besser geht's nicht!

Excellent location. In front of the house is a tram station, and a train station is about three minutes away.
Flingern Nord is a nice district with many restaurants and possibilites to spend the day and night.
We have a lot of grocery stores which are all about 4 minutes away.
In der WG leben zur Zeit nur ich Christoph (26). Ich wohne jetzt seit knapp 5 Jahren in der Wohnung und habe die WG damals mitgegründet. Wir waren nie eine Party-WG, aber man möchte natürlich schon jemanden mit dem man sich gut versteht und es einfach passt. Ich studiere Sozialwissenschaften an der HHU und bin in meiner Freizeit entweder beim Sport, mit Freunden weg aber auch relativ viel zu Hause.
Außerdem sind wir in den Gemeinschaftsräumen ziemlich ordentlich und eher ruhig und möchten dass es auch so bleibt. Komm einfach mal vorbei und dann schauen wir ob es passt! Wenn wir Zeit haben sitzen wir auch gerne mal zusammen und kochen was.

At the moment only I Christoph (26 yo.) live in the flat. I live here for five years now. I like to keep the Atmosphere quit and tidy but it would be great if we would get along with each other and share some time together.
I study social sciences on heinrich heine university and in my free time I do sports meet friends but also spend a lot time at home. If you work, study or here for in internship doesn't matter for me. If you like send me a message and come to visit me, than we will see if we match together :)
