WG-Zimmer in wunderschönem Altbau

Hallo!



Ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in für meine wunderschöne 62m² Altbauwohnung in Flingern Nord. 



Dein ca. 18m² Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock auf der sonnigen Südseite - allerdings auch an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, mit Straßenbahn sowie in premium position gegenüber vom Netto, was bei der Warenlieferung am Morgen schonmal nervig sein kann, solltest du sensible Ohren und einen leichten Schlaf haben.

Ansonsten ist die Nachbarschaft voller schöner Cafés, Ausstellungsräume und kleinen Geschäften. Gentrifizierung at its best. 



Weiteres zur Wohnung: In den Zimmern und im Flur ist traumhafter Dielenboden ausgelegt. Es gibt eine Wohnküche inklusive Balkon, die nach Norden ausgerichtet ist. Das Bad ist klein, aber ausreichend - und hat sogar eine Badewanne. 



Für das Zusammenleben in unserer 2er WG wünsche ich mir einen respektvollen Umgang, offene Kommunikation und einen gewissen Anspruch an Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Ich selbst studiere Freie Kunst und Curatorial Studies - und arbeite zusätzlich von Zuhause für verschiedene Kunstprojekte. Es wäre toll, wenn du am Ende deines Studiums oder schon im Beruf bist, denn auf Saufgelage und Studi Parties in meiner Wohnung habe ich keine Lust. Generell bin ich aber immer für gemeinsamen Kaffee und Vino in der Küche zu haben!

Bitte melde dich nur, wenn eine positive Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Gehaltsnachweis und/oder Bürgschaft der Eltern vorliegen. 
Für die Ausstattung der Wohnung müsste ein Abschlag gezahlt werden (gemeinsame Nutzdinge, wie Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine ...).

Hello!

I am looking for a new roommate for my beautiful 62m² flat in Flingern Nord.

Your approx. 18 m² room is on the second floor on the sunny south side - but also on a busy street with a tram and in a premium position opposite Netto, which can be annoying in the morning when the goods are delivered, should you have sensitive ears and a light sleeper.

Otherwise, the neighbourhood is full of nice cafés, exhibition spaces and small shops. Gentrification at its best.

More about the flat: The rooms and hallway have beautiful wooden floors. There is a kitchen/living room with a balcony facing north. The bathroom is small but sufficient - and even has a bathtub.

For living together in our shared flat for 2 people, I welcome respectful interaction, open communication and a certain standard of cleanliness and tidiness. I myself study Fine Arts and Curatorial Studies - and also work from home for various art projects. It would be great if you are at the end of your studies or already working, because I'm not in the mood for binge drinking and study parties in my flat. In general, I'm always up for coffee and vino in the kitchen!
