Das unterzuvermietende 25m Zimmer der WG ist möbliert mit einem rustikalen Schreibtisch, zwei Sesseln, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Bett und einem Smart TV (kein Kabelfernsehen). Die zwei hellen Fenster öffnen zur Straße raus, sind aber gut abgedichtet und bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es sehr ruhig.
Bisher habe ich es als Gästezimmer und Entertainment Room genutzt.
Persönliche Gegenstände können auf Wunsch vor Einzug entfernt werden - die Möbel jedoch sollen bleiben.
Ich und die Kätzchen bleiben natürlich zu dieser Zeit als Mitbewohnerin in der Wohnung!
This 25 square meter room of our flatshare is fully furnished, sporting a rustic old desk, two large armchairs, a tall closet and a bed - and a Smart TV (no cable). The two bright windows are facing the road, are, however, very well isolated and as long as the windows are closed the room is perfectly quiet.
Up until now the room had been used as a guest- and entertainment room.
Personal items will be removed as desired/required before you move in - the furniture, however, will remain as is.
Of course, the cats and I will remain as your flatmate (a lot of people were expecting me to move out!)
In einer halben Minute Laufweite ist eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus regelmäßige Fahrten zum Hauptbahnhof gemacht werden. Dieser ist selbst zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten entfernt, ebenso die Haltestelle Flingern S und Wehrhahn S/U.
In weniger als fünf Minuten Laufweite ist ein Netto, ein Aldi und die Ubahn.
Half a minute out the door you will find a bus stop that takes you to central station, if need be - it is, however only 10 minutes away on foot. As are the important public transport stops Wehrhahn U&S (tube and tram) and Flingern S (tram).
Less than five minutes away is an Aldi mart, a Netto mart and a subway station.
Another five and you'll find nice mom & pop stores for groceries and a lot of other fun local businesses.
Besonders wichtig beim WG Leben ist, dass hier zwei wundervolle weiche Katzen wohnen. Jemand mit Allergien würde sich also nicht besonders wohl fühlen. Mit jemandem, der keine Katzen mag, würde ich mich nicht wohl fühlen.
Zudem ist wichtig, dass ich von zu Hause arbeite. Bin also rund um die Uhr hier, und habe sehr seltsame Arbeitsstunden.
Ansonsten bin ich sehr reinlich und bestehe auf einen Putzplan. :)
Wir haben eine Badewanne für schöne Schaumbäder, einen kleinen Flur den ich in eine Leseecke mit drei gut bestückten Bücherregalen verwandelt habe und eine große Küche, die ich zum Hauptzimmer der Katzen erkoren habe da ich einfach nicht so oft koche. Falls du es jedoch tust, finden wir auf jeden Fall eine Lösung, bei der du dich ganz wie zu Hause fühlst!
Die Küche selbst ist gut ausgestattet mit Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfen, sogar Tassen, Schalen und Teller. Und natürlich noch viel mehr. Falls du also einfach alles mitbenutzen möchtest, ist das gar kein Problem!
Ich zeige dir dann einfach die Tassen, deren Verlust mir die Tränen in die Augen treiben würde, und das war's. :)
We have a bathtub for nice bubble baths, a small corridor that I've turned into a reading area with three well stocked shelves, and a large kitchen which I designated to be the cats' main room, simply because I just don't cook that often. If you do, however, we'll find a solution that allows you to feel at home!
The kitchen itself is well stocked on utensils and pans and pots, even mugs and bowls and plates. So if you'd just like to use all that is there, please feel free. I'll just point at the mugs that would make me cry if they broke and that's that. :)
