It is one cozy room of a flatshare for 2. The room is in the quiet side, facing down the garden of this building.
The building is within a 5 min walk to U75 Ronsdofer Str. 8 min you can reach Düsseldorf HBF and 12 min you can reach Alt Stadt. There is an Aldi 50 meters away, and Lidl, Netto, Penny, and Rewe in 10 min's walk distance. There are also nice different kinds of restaurants and bars around. A McDonald / Starbucks needs only 10 minutes walk. A FitX is just Next Door.
A flatshare for two. Your flatmate will be a Chinese girl who can speak German, English and Chinese. She is a university student. She is good at cooking and likes to keep a clean environment.
I have stayed in this apartment for over 2 years. The landlord is a super nice couple who would not disturb you at all. But once something is broken, they come very fast to fix things.
Prefer a male/female who can stay here in July and August, or a girl who can stay long term from July 1.
