Du bekommst das Zimmer mit Balkon (Aussicht auf Flingern S, schönster Bahnhof in Düsseldorf). Zimmer knickt nach links weg und hat bis auf den Eingang eine rechteckige Form. Ist auch das einzige Zimmer ohne Dachschräge, hat also auch ausreichend Platz nach oben. Möbel nehm ich mit, brauch also eine neue Einrichtung, die Wohnung ist zum größten Teil möbliert (bis auf den Teil, den ich mitnehme).
Flingern Süd, perfekt um in die City (5 min zum HBF) zu fahren oder was in Flingern zu starten. Viele Restaurants, Bars und kleinere Läden, zur Ackerstraße (ist Kult in Flingern) sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Rewe & Netto sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Außerdem finden immer wieder Veranstalltungen im Viertel statt zu denen man gehen kann (Musik, Straßenfest, etc.)
Sind alle Berufstätig also eher WG-Leben am Nachmittag/Abend (wobei jetz durch Corona auch Home-Office ansteht). Jungs sind super drauf , kannst du dir aber gerne selber ein Bild machen, wenn Interesse besteht. Wird auch gerne mal Abends zusammen im Wohnzimmer Filme oder Playsi gezockt. WG-Klamotten wurden bis jetz immer gemeinsam angeschafft, ansonsten organisiert sich jeder selber.
Zusammenfassung: Wohnung ist zentral, Jungs sind lässig drauf, Zimmer ist auch nice, passt!!!
