I am Cecile. I have been living in Düsseldorf for the last 2 years. I am leaving my appartment.
My roomate Akshata (30 years old female) is looking for a new roomate.
Akshata is from India and is super nice. She loves cooking, going out and hicking.
The flat:
is comfortable it has been renovated in 2018. It is next to all the transportation services (Rewe -4 minutes/ Bilk Arkaden-10 min/ 707 and 704 and 705 are in front of the building/ Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhoff -15 min).
The rent is 600€ ALL inclusive from June 650€.
For the cleaning, we take turn to clean the flat but possibility to take a cleaning lady if needed.
The room:
The room is quiet big. The bed frame (180 cm wide) the closet (also big) and the TV belong to the flat.
The desk (bought in 2023) , the matelas (bought in March 2023), the shelves (bought in 2023)are for sell (250€ negotiable).
Don't hesitate to send me a message. I will be happy to make a visit ( at the flat or online) if you are interested.
