Das Zimmer ist 30m² groß und kostet ca. 477 € inkl. allem (Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, Kabel-TV, GEZ).
Das Zimmer und ist zur Straße hin gelegen (Süden) und sehr hell, da große Fensterfront mit franz. Balkon.
In der kompletten WG ist Echtholzboden (Dielen oder Parkett) verlegt.
Es gibt eine große Wohnküche und 2 Bäder für 3 Personen, also echt unschlagbar!
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten 1.OG.
Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank - ist alles vorhanden.
Keine Zweck-WG!
Die WG ist zentral in Friedrichstadt gelegen und eine Haltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke. Dort fahren die Linien 707, 704, 701 (direkte Verbindung zur Uni, Hbf und Innenstadt)
In der Umgebung findet man innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten vielfältige Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Bilker Arcaden, Real, Netto, REWE), ein paar nette Cafés & Kneipen sind auch nicht weit entfernt.
Das WG-Leben ist recht unkompliziert und nett. Manchmal wird etwas zusammen getrunken, gekocht oder einfach nur gequatscht, wenn man seine Ruhe braucht ist das aber auch kein Problem.
Lauritz studiert noch und Karin ist fast fertig.
Ein gesundes Maß an Ordnung sollte man mitbringen.
