Mitbewohnerin gesucht für Zwischemiete ab Ende Januar/Anfang Februar, für 6 Monate!
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für meine schöne 2-er WG in Düsseldorf/Friedrichstadt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilien Haus in der 4ten Etage.
Das 15 Quadratmeter große Zimmer in der vor 6 Jahren renovierten Wohnung ist wie die gesamte Wohnung sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Zur Zeit befindet sich ein Sofabett im Zimmer, eventuell brauchst du eine bessere Matratze, sonst ist das Zimmer völlig ausgestattet, wie du es im Bilder sehen kannst.
Die Wohnküche, das Bad, der Balkon und der Wasch/Keller werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Die Wohnküche ist möbliert, die Küche ist völlig ausgestattet.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 530 Euro inkl. Strom und Internet.
Die Kaution beträgt 600 Euro.
Centrally located, you can reach even walking the main trainstation or the old city center. Tram and Sbahn stations are within a 5 mins walking distance. You have all you need closeby, such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, park, fitnessstudio, etc.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man erreicht fusswärts in wenigen Minuten den Hbf und die Altstadt.
Die Straßenbahnen 701/707/708 sind fusswärts 1 Minute, die S-Bahn Haltestellen Bilk und Friedrichstadt 5 Minuten entfernt.
In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich sämtliche Infrastruktur für den täglichen Bedarf, Rewe, Netto, nette Cafés, Fitnessstudio, der Volksgarten und der Florapark sind auch nur in 10 Min Laufzeit erreichbar.
Das Viertel ist sehr jung und lebendig.

Ich heiße Orsi, bin 33 Jahre alt, komme aus Ungarn und arbeite bei einer großen Firma in Düsseldorf als Projektmanagerin.
Ich sitze gerne auf dem Balkon oder in der Wohnküche bei einem Glas Wein oder koche gerne was Leckeres.
Ich bin recht unkompliziert und flexibel, bereit für jede Unternehmung, aber natürlich die eigene Ruhe ist auch wichtig und respektabel.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass die WG keine Zweck-WG wird, und gute Laune herrscht :)
