Two room apartment with a large balcony. Access to the balcony can be gained from both bedrooms. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower which will be shared. Also, there is a large kitchen/communal area which has basic appliances e.g. plates, cups, glasses, pans, fridge and washing machine.
2Zi-Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Der Zugang zum Balkon ist von beiden Schlafzimmern gewonnen werden. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, die gemeinsam genutzt werden soll. Außerdem gibt es eine große Küche / kommunalen Bereich, die grundlegenden Geräten zB hat Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine.
There is a bus stop directly in front of the building. One tram stop on the corner which is 30 seconds away. Another tram stop at the other corner of the road which is 3 minutes away. Also the apartment is a 10 Minute walk from the main train station. The flat is on a 20 minute walk away from the altstadt or a 5 minute tram.
Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle an der Ecke, die 30 Sekunden entfernt ist. Eine weitere Straßenbahnhaltestelle an der anderen Ecke der Straße, die 3 Minuten entfernt ist. Auch die Wohnung ist ein 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Altstadt und nur 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.
Very easy going flatmate. Very quiet and friendly neighbours. Only basic requirements which include keeping the apartment tidy and not causing any damage. Fantastic balcony for BBQs when the weather is right.
Sehr ruhige und freundliche Nachbarn. Nur grundlegenden Anforderungen, die halten die Wohnung ordentlich und keinen Schaden verursacht sind. Fantastische Balkon zum Grillen, wenn das Wetter stimmt.
The room is for rent until 1st April 2016. Please email if you are interested. An extended rental agreement can be reached. Also if you wish to rent for less time this is negotiable. Private parking is also available downstairs from the apartment for 60 euros a month. For the peace of mind this is highly recommended to vehicle owners.
