Dein neues Zimmer ist 16 m² groß und ist das erste Zimmer am Flur. Was solltest du darüber wissen? Richtung Stresemannstraße hast du eine komplette Fensterfront, sodass genügend Sonnenlicht in dein Zimmer kann. Da dein Zimmer wie alle Räume quadratisch geschnitten ist kann man ohne Probleme Möbel an die Wände stellen.
Der große Wohn-Essbereich ist bestens ausgestattet sodass alle Haushaltsgegenstände vorhanden sind. Um den Streitigkeiten um das Geschirr abspülen zuvor zu kommen ist natürlich eine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Insbesondere die große Couch vor dem Smart-TV lädt für lange Abende mit Wein/Bier ein.
Neben den genannten Räumlichkeiten gibt es ein Bad, Gäste-WC, einen kleinen Wäscheraum und zwei Abstellräume.
In den Nebenkosten ist alles Weitere enthalten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, GEZ, Internet etc.).
What should you know about your room?
It’s 16 square meters big and the first room in the corridor.
You have one full side windows in the direction to the Stresemannstraße so that you’ll have enough daylight in your room.
Your room is square-cut so you can place your furniture at every wall you want without any problems or slants.
As you see in the pictures, our living-dining room is fully equipped with all home appliances.
And for sure, not to split hairs, we have a dishwasher.
The couch in front of our TV invites for long evenings with wine and beer.
Beside the listed rooms, we have a bathroom, guest toilet, small lavatory with washing machine (no dryer) and two storage rooms.
The service charges include all additional costs (electricity, water, heater, TV license, internet etc.)
Die WG liegt sehr zentral und ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hbf. und zur Oststraße. Auch die Haltestelle Berliner Allee (701, 705, 706, 708, 709) ist in unter 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Somit kommst du jederzeit an deinen gewünschten Ort.
Die Altstadt mit den zahlreichen Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten erreichst du zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten.
Für den täglichen Bedarf findest du einen REWE und einen Netto in einem Radius von 100m.
Für alles weitere hilft dir sicherlich Google-Maps ;)
The flat share is located central in Düsseldorf and next to mainstation and the subway station Oststraße (5 min walking distance).
Further stations (701, 705, 706, 708, 709) are also in short walking distancet. So you can reach almost every place in a few minutes.
The historic city (go clubbing), additional shopping malls and nightlife options are accessible in 10 minutes by foot.
Two kinds of supermarkets for daily needs are straight next to our flat.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Sabiene (32), arbeitet in einer Medienagentur und Mike (26) welcher im Finanzbereich tätig ist. Sehr wichtig sind uns offene und unkomplizierte Menschen, wir haben auch in der Zukunft vor, kein Haushaltsbuch führen zu müssen, wenn etwas leer ist wird es beim nächsten Mal von demjenigen mitgebracht und gut ist. Wie schon erwähnt gehören wir beide zum arbeitenden Volk und sind tagsüber nicht in der Wohnung aufzufinden, nichts desto trotz sind wir abends immer gerne für ein Glas Wein/ Bier zu haben. Gemeinsames Kochen oder Sport machen steht auch jedem offen. Ganz nach der Devise, alles kann nichts muss.
Your prospective flat mates are Sabiene (32) working for a media company and Mike (26) in the finance department.
It’s quite important for us that you will be an open minded and uncomplicated person, because we like to meet guys from other nationalities and live our lives.
So don’t be a bean counter ;).
As already mentioned, both of us are full-time employed so we aren’t at home during the day, but we always have time for talk, cooking together or do some kind of sports as a flat share.
It’s open to you, of course. Like whatever works for you.
Das Zimmer ist zwar ab dem 15. schon frei, kann jedoch auch zum 1. Oktober bezogen werden, zudem wird eins der beiden größeren Zimmer (21m2) in den nächsten 8 Monaten frei, somit gibt es die Option später das Zimmer zu wechseln.
