We are searching for a nice flatmate.
Location:
We live in a beautiful and central location with excellent transport links (especially the public transit: the bus and metro stop ‚Kirchplatz' is very close).
Room and flat:
The apartment is in total of about 100 square meters.
You could have a room with the dimensions of about 4.60 x 3.60 meters. In addition to that there is a shared kitchen (with dining area) and a common living room. The room can be moved into as completely furnished.
The rent for you would be 420,- €. Everything included (for normal consumption): rent, utilities, electricity, Wi-Fi.
Us:
The room belongs to a three-people-commune. You would live there with two nice, uncomplicated and neat flatmates. We are easy going persons. Mei is my girlfriend and lives currently in Berlin. She would be here on weekends.

Zimmer und Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 100 qm.
Du hättest ein Zimmer von ca. 4,60 x 3,60 Metern. Dazu käme eine gemeinsame Küche (mit Essecke) und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Die Mietbeitrag beträgt 420,- Euro im Monat. Da wär dann alles mit drin: Miete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet.
Der Raum kann als komplett möbliert bezogen werden.
Wir:
Das Zimmer gehört zu einer Dreier-WG. Du würdest dort mit zwei netten, unkomplizierten und ordentlichen Mitbewohnern wohnen. Mei ist meine Freundin und lebt im Moment in Berlin. Sie ist meistens am Wochenende hier.
