Hi Zusammen,
ich und Ben suchen aufgrund meines Auszugs einen neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für Ben.
In unserer derzeitigen 4 Zi-Kü-Bad Wohnung ist reichlich Platz und es is so gut wie schon alles da.
Eure Möbel haben trotzdem Platz da ich einige Dinge mitnehmen werde. Euer neues Zimmer ist unmöbliert bis auf ein in die Wand eingelassenes Bücherregal.
Badezimmer ist erst vor wenigen Jahren renoviert worden und in tadellosem Zustand.
Bis auf dein Zimmer is alles Gemeinschaftsterritorium, auch was die Reinigung angeht.

Sehr zentral und mitten drin. Zu Fuss überall hin und mit den Offis nach ganz Düsseldorf
12 Minuten zum Flughafen (Sbahn), 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hauptbahnhof, 15 Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt oder auf die Kö. In 3 Minuten am Fürstenplatz - eben mitten drin in Düsseldorf.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
Beide waren Berufstätig, teils mit hohem Reiseanteil.
Man unternimmt gelegentlich etwas zusammen aber hat auch seinen Freiraum.
Sehr umgängliches Haus. Kein Problem wenn es etwas lauter wird.
Es sind sowohl weitere WGs im Haus, wie auch Familien. Insgesamt sehr nette und coole Leute.
Parkplatz war hier mit Anwohnerausweis nie ein Problem.
Stellraum im Keller ist trocken und sauber. Jede Menge Platz.
Auszug passiert aufgrund neuer Beziehung und eines guten Angebots eines Freundes der aus einer coolen Wohnung auszieht.
