Hi all,
I'm moving of a 3/4 person WG so my room is available from the 2nd November onwards (the minimum stay on the contract is 9 months but I think this could be negotiated with the estate agency).
As far as I know the monthly rent would be €499 - but the agency may increase it by €10/20 (warm except for internet which is €7,50 a month).
There is a kitchen with everything you may need and also a huge shared terrace (great for BBQs, parties etc). The apartment has two toilets and two showers (you will have one of the showers to yourself until the spare room is filled).
Some of the furniture will be available depending on what you need.

The location of the apartment is perfect, the Luisenstraße tram stop is basically on our door step and we are within walking distance to Königsalle, the Alstadt and the HBF.
You would be living with an Australian girl that works at Henkel and a doctor from Romania. They are both really great to live with and they're always up for doing something. As the flat environment is quite international, we usually all speak in English together. There is also a spare room in the apartment (much smaller and same price) available in the flat that will probably be filled at some point.
