The big, bright room becomes free as I am leaving Düsseldorf. It is fully furnished, and everything (incl. kitchenware, kitchen furniture and room furniture) is included in the price. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 balcony and 1 “Keller”. the size of the whole flat is about 71 cm2, and the size of the free room, which you can see in the pictures, is of around 30cm2.
The flat is located in the beautiful street of Hildebrandstrasse, in Friedrichstadt. The street is quiet and nice, and it's less than a min walk from the tram stop 701, 707 and 704, 3 min walk from Friedrichstadt S-bahn station and 5 min walk to Bilk Arkaden.
There's also plenty of supermarket options nearby (2 Rewes, Netto, Real, Lidl, etc) within 5-10 minute walking.

I am looking for a new flat mate who is easy-going, clean and who appreciates peace at home. I am very easy-going myself and have shared rooms with all kinds of people in the past, so I'm quite adaptable!
The person who will be taking the free room, has to assume the following expenses from the old tenant:
-300€ for the kitchen and hall furniture, washing machine, and overall house equipment (all kitchen utensils, towels, carpets, pillows, cleaning, etc).
-400€ for your room furniture: big new desk, commode, night table, lamp, wardrobe, bed, sofa, office chair, etc.
On the other hand, the amount of the deposit is 900€ per person.
No students. You need a work contract - landlord rules.
