We have a nice and furnished room for you - in a perfect location! Nice bars, shops, a beautiful park are nearby and it is super well connected to the Uni / FH / HENKEL / Kö / Airport, ...
Currently a Ukrainian, German and Vietnamese girl live here. However, the Vietnamese girl will move out at the end of November. It of course is not a party accommodation - you should either be a University Student, Intern or working already. The apartment has 3 rooms and we are looking for 1 girl that like to stay for only 3 months (From December to February) <<
Weekly cleaning of the shared facilities is included.

Please just drop us a line why you are coming to Düsseldorf and where you will study or work. We would like to have an interview via Skype/Whatsapp at least - and if possible of course live in the apartment. The earliest day to move in will be December 1st.
The flat is super centrally located:
S-Bahn Friedrichstadt: 2 min by foot
Straßenbahn Fürstenplatz: 3 min by Foot
Straßenbahn Mosestraße: 4 min by Foot
S-Bahn Volksgarten: 5 min by foot
Hauptbahnhof 15 Minuten by foot or 2 min by S-Bahn
Heinrich Heine Uni can be reached within 15-20 minutes. Also 20 minutes are enough to reach FHD in Derendorf.
Shops like Rewe, Lidl, Netto and Norma are super close as well as Bars, Cafés and Restaurants are.
Volksgarten is a nice park for jogging or chilling.
The 2 girls are very lovely and comfortable, so we are looking forward to someone to enjoy a WG life with us. Before signing a contract or moving in you will be able to get to know each other via Skype or live in Düsseldorf.
. It has a 70es bathroom and rooms do not have the best sound isolation so it is necessary to be thoughful with your roomies and parties :D
The advantage is that the flat is super bright, windows were refurbished recently and it is super centrally located
