Big, quiet and light room in shared apartment. There is not living-room, but the kitchen is very big. There is a balcony where you can enjoy the sunny days.
The room is not furnished, but I'm selling my current furnitures:

-Chest of drawers

-Small Couch
-Small table
-Closet
The total price is 500€. It's mandatory to buy them, but can resell it when you leave.
The location is very good. 30min walking to the city center. Just 2min to the tram station 701 (Direct to the City Center), 704 (direct to Central Station) and 707 and 7min walking to a a big Mall (Bilk Arkade) where you can take the U-Bahn (Metro) or S-Bahn. You can also take the S-Bahn Friedrichstadt which goes directly to the Airport.
You will be sharing the apartment with a nice, young and clean girl. She is a computer engineer and she is working for a big an international company.
She likes talking and spending time with her flatemate. However, the room is very big and you have a nice couch where you can enjoy your time alone.
She is also a very good cook and she loves sharing her food.
Internet and electricity cost are not included in the rent. It's normally around 50€ (Included in "Aditional Costs")
The contract of the apartment will be created with maximum till the end of 2020
