International WG residents so English is a must for communication.
The room is spacious and cozy with a large window to ensure enough natural lighting. It is equipped with a bed, couch, desk, shelves, wardrobe, 2 chairs, and 4 tables.
The type of contract is Open contract (unbefristet): it has a minimum rental period of 1 year starting from 01.05.2023. The requested documents would be needed and city registration (Anmeldung) is possible.
N.b. Some furniture will be sold (200€).incl. couch

The apartment is well connected with public transport (3 min of walking) and is located 12 min. by foot from the central station.
We are a group of international residents so English is our main communication language. The atmosphere in our apartment is calm, convenient, and cooperative to support studying/working. Adhering to the cleaning schedule and avoiding loud behavior during the night is a must.
