Leider verlasse ich mein charmantes Wg-Zimmer in einer gemütlichen Nachbarschaft in Garath und bin auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter. Es ist mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, zwei Schreibtischen und einem Stuhl ausgestattet. Im ganzen Haus ist es immer sehr warm. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, eine Waschküche sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer. Der Eigentümer plant demnächst auch eine Renovierung und Verbesserung des Badezimmers und der Küche. Alle Nebenkosten inklusive.
Sadly, I am leaving my charming Wg room in a very cozy neighborhood in Garath, and I am looking for the next tenant. It is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, two desks and a chair. The entire house is always very warm. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry room, as well as a large living room downstairs. The owner is also planning to renovate and improve the bathroom and kitchen soon. All utility costs included.
Die Lage ist ideal für HHU-Studenten, da Sie mit der SB57, die in der Nähe hält, in ca. 25 Minuten zur Uni gelangen. Es liegt außerdem ca. 7 Minuten vom S-Bahnhof Garath sowie zahlreichen Buslinien entfernt. Auf dem Weg zum Bahnhof gibt es Aldi, Netto, dm, Sparkasse, Teddi und eine Post. Die Nachbarschaft selbst ist sehr gemütlich und ruhig.
The location is great for HHU students, as you can get to uni in ~25min with SB57 which stops nearby. It also located ~7min from the Garath S-Bahn station, as well as numerous bus lines. On your way to the train station there is an Aldi, Netto, dm, Sparkasse, Teddi and a post office. The neighborhood itself is very cozy and quiet.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Amina aus Kasachstan und Miriam aus Tunis, beide HHU-Studenten. Sie sind für ein Gespräch oder ein gemeinsames Essen zusammen, aber jeder hat seinen eigenen Raum und seine eigene Ruhe.
Your roommates would be Amina from Kazakhstan and Miriam from Tunis, both HHU students. They're re down for a chat or a meal together, but everyone has their own space and peace.
