Looking for a new flatmate since my sister moved to study somewhere else.
Suche einen Nachmieter für das freigewordene Zimmer, da meine Schwester zum Studieren weggezogen ist.
The appartement consists of two bedrooms, a long hallway (which is also functioning as our kitchen) and a bathroom (with a tub). Its high ceilings make the fairly small bedroom look spacious, atmosphere is generally very homey.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einem langen, breiten Flur, welcher gleichzeitig als Küche dient und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Durch die hohen Decken wirkt das 12qm Zimmer dennoch groß und gemütlich.
The apt. is located in Gerresheim, a very green part of Düsseldorf's eastern side. It takes about 15 min by public transport to get into the city centre (however during nigh within the week, there might be issues).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Düsseldorf Gerresheim, etwas versteckt im Park, direkt gegenüber der LVR Klinik, in einem sehr schönen freistehenden Altbau. Man braucht mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ca. 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt (Heinrich-Heine Allee - gebe allerdings zu bedenken, dass es unter der Woche spät Abends "tricky" werden kann).
I guess its what we make of it since its only gonna be two people living in the apt.
Da es eine zweier WG sein wird, kann ich nicht viel zum WG-Leben sagen, denke das wird sich dann zeigen. Freuen würde ich mich aber, wenn ein Interesse/Spaß am Kochen vorhanden sei und man Abends nicht nur Serien guckt, sondern auch Spaß an guten Unterhaltungen/Musik hören/etc. hätte.
