Da ich gern neue Leute kennenlerne, habe ich das Zimmer möbliert und vermiete es nur an Leute, die für einen befristeten Zeitraum in Düsseldorf sind (ein bis acht Monate!).
Das Zimmer ist mit seinen 13,5 qm recht klein, allerdings gibt es eine Wohnküche und ein Wohnzimmer (geht ineinander über, siehe Fotos).
Bei offenem Fenster ist es im Zimmer recht laut, da es zur Hüttenstraße hin gelegen ist. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das aber kein Problem. Auch kann das Zimmer durch die Jalousien komplett abgedunkelt werden.
Because I like meeting new people, I furnished the room and rent it only to people who are in DÜsseldorf for a limited period of time (one to eight months!).
With its 13,5 m² the room itself is pretty small, but there's also an open-plan kitchen and a living-room (check out the photos!).
If the window in the room is open, it's quite noisy, because the room is facing to the street (Hüttenstraße). But with window closed it's no problem at all. Also, the room can be shaded completely dark.
Die Lage ist zentral und die ÖPNV-Anbindung perfekt. Die Straßenbahn, mit der man in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt ist, hält direkt vor der Tür und zu den beiden S-Bahn-Haltestellen Friedrichstadt und Volksgarten braucht man zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten. Umme Ecke ist ein riesiger Park (Volksgarten) sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Kaisers, Rewe, Trinkhalle, Getränketempel).
The flat is centrally located and the access to the public transport is perfect. The streetcar stops directly in front of the house, so you can be in the Old Town (Altstadt) in 10 minutes. There are also two stops from the local train system nearby (S-Bahn Friedrichstadt and Volksgarten). It doesn't even take 5 minutes to walk there. A huge park as well as several supermarkets make the location great.

In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht, also auch sämtliche Küchenutensilien, Staubsauger, Werkzeug... Das einzige, was du mitbringen könntest, ist eine Kaffeemaschine (ich bin Teetrinker).
Fast alle Hausbewohner sind jung (geblieben) und cool. Stress gibt es nie, dafür mitunter eine Einladung zu einer Party oder zum gemütlichen Bier trinken im gemeinsamen Garten.
Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Februar frei. In der Gesamtmiete von 376 € ist alles enthalten, d.h. auch Strom, Internet, GEZ. Ich bin ein Freund von Transparenz, deshalb zur Info: Mein Zimmer ist 3 qm größer und ich zahle monatlich 414 €.
Falls du nicht nach Düsseldorf kommen kannst, geht auch ein Videochat via Skype.

Everything you need is in the flat, also all kinds of kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, tools... The only thing you might wanna bring with you is a coffee machine (I'm a tea trinker).
Almost everyone in the house is (or has remained) young and cool. Sometimes you get invited to a party or a beer in the garden.
The room is vacant from 1st February. In the monthly rental costs of 376 € there's everything included (e.g. electricity, internet, tv licence). I like transparency, so just for your information: My room is 3 m² bigger than yours and I pay 414 € per month.
If you can't come to Düsseldorf, a video chat via Skype would be fine too.
