Hey, da ich meine Bachelorarbeit nicht in Düsseldorf schreibe, suche ich für die Zeit einen Zwischenmieter.
Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es ist 17,5 m2 groß und liegt mit einem Zugang zum Balkon nach hinten raus.
Ich gebe mein Zimmer nur komplett möbliert ab. Die Möbel sind genau die, die auf dem Foto zu sehen sind.
Our apartement is on the ground floor, and your room will be facing to the front, with 17,5 m2. The room has a balcony and it is facing the garden.
All of the furniture in the pictures are the furniture that will be in your room.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle, die von der UBahnlinie U79 angefahren wird (5min zur Uni). Aber auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 6 Minuten an der Uni. In der Altstadt ist man mit der Ubahn in 9 Minuten und Nachts fährt auch ein Nachtbus auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite. Ein Edeka und ein Aldi sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Südpark/Volksgarten in der Sonne gut auf der Wiese liegen und auch grillen ist dort erlaubt.
Right in front of the apartment is the subway station, which has a direct connection to the university (U79), and takes about 6 minutes. You can go by bike aswell, which takes about 10 minutes. All the other subways take you directly to the Düsseldorf main station (about 6 min) or Altstadt (old part of town, about 10 min). At night there is also a bus connection available.
There are two close places for grocery shopping, Aldi and Edeka.
Right opposite of the apartment is a large park (Südpark/Volksgarten) and a lake, where you can relax an even have barbecues in summer time.
Zu uns: Wir sind Ina, Eric und Sophia 24, 21 und 23 Jahre alt. Ina studiert Linguistik,Eric macht grade sein Abitur und ich studiere Biologie. Wir kochen sehr gerne und gehen auch gerne mal aus. Wir arbeiten neben dem Studium als Kellnerinen und im Jugendtreff.
Wir suchen nette, unternehmungslustige Mitbewohner die Lust haben feiern zu gehen, aber auch mit ruhigen Abenden zum quatschen, kochen oder sonstigem klar kommen. Wichtig ist uns auch, dass die Freiräume der anderen respektiert werden. Am liebsten wäre uns, wenn du schon WG Erfahrungen sammeln konntest, was aber nicht zwingend notwendig ist.
We are Ina, Eric and Sophia between 21 and 24 years old. Ina studies linguistics, Eric makes highschool graduation and i am studying biology. All of us love to cook and go out from time to time. We have jobs aside from studying.
We are looking for a nice, outgoing and relaxed roommate who likes to party, but is also happy with a quiet evening at home. Of course it is also important to us to let everyone have their own quiet time.
It would be great if you have some experience with shared apartments already!
