Hallo Ihr Lieben,
schweren Herzens ziehe ich aus meiner WG aus. Ein Wohnwechsel bezüglich des Berufes ist nötig.
Ich biete hier mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da es bereits ab dem 1.8 vermietet ist.
Es ist knapp 20 qm groß, mit einem tollen Tageslichtfenster.
Die Möglichkeit steht euch offen, ob ihr das Zimmer möbliert oder unmöbliert wollt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es aber auch eine S Bahn Haltestelle welche euch in 10 min zur Heinrich Heine Allee bringt.
Es ist eine wirklich tolle WG mit viel Spaß am Wochenende, aber auch mit Ruhezeit wenn man sie braucht.
Ich hatte nie Probleme mich ungestört zurück zuziehen.
Wir sind eine 5er WG, aber bei zwei Bäder gibt es nie Stau. In der Küche sind zwei Kühlschränke, also auch hier genügend Platz.
Wir haben einen tollen Hinterhof mit Grillstelle, welche im Sommer sehr schön ist.
