Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich möchte eine WG gründen. Dafür habe ich heute die mündliche Zusage tolle Wohnung am Oberbilker Markt bekommen. Es können bis zu 3 Personen einziehen, das heißt ich suche einen oder zwei weitere Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung ist komplett saniert und es wäre ein Erstbezug. Das heißt KEINE Küche oder sonstige Möbel.
Außer einem gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer gibt es auch eine großzügige Küche und einen kleinen Balkon. Zudem kann ein Garten mit genutzt werden der sehr schön und ruhig gelegen ist.
WICHTIG: das 4. Zimmer liegt im 5. Stock direkt über die Küche mit einem extra WC. Wie man dieses Zimmer nutzt, kann man noch besprechen!
Die berechnete Miete gilt für eine 2er WG. Sollte eine dritte Person dazu kommen ändert sich der Betrag natürlich.

I want to start a flat sharing with 1 or 2 more people. I only got the verbal promise on the flat but there shouldn't be a problem I will sign the contract in the next days. It would be the first occupany after modernisation that means there is no kitchen whatsoever!
There will be a shared living room and a kitchen as well as bath room. There is also a balkony and a shared garden in the back of the house.
IMPORTANT: the 4th room is on the 5th floor, directly above the kitchen with an extra WC. We can discuss how we use this room!
The rent is calculated for 2 people, if there is a third person moving in the rent will change!
Direkt am Oberbilker Markt, 10 Minuten zum HBF
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Kruppstr. gelegen und alle Schlafzimmer sind zur Straße gelegen. Es soll noch ein extra Schallschutz ind ie Fenster eingebaut werden. Ich war bereits einmal in der Wohnung ich fande es nicht zu laut obwohl ich sehr empfindlich bin. Trotzdem sollte man das beachten.
The flat is directly at the Oberbilker Markt whre you can find various metro trains, it is walking distance to the main train station of Düsseldorf (about 10 minutes)
Wichtig ist noch, dass 2 verspielte Hauskatzen mit einziehen würden. Das heißt für Allergiker ist das nicht geeignet und man sollte schon ein Herz für Tiere haben.
Niemand geht hier eine Verplfichtung für die Tiere ein, aber sie wären Teil der WG!
Super Important: there are two cats living with me in the flat also. So it is unsuitable for people with allergic reactions or people who don't like cats. You wont have any obligations regarding the cats but still see them as part of the group :)
About me: I am 26 working full time for an consultancy, I love sports and cooking or just relaxing and having a beer. I love the sun, so everytime the sun is out you will probably fiond me in the garden or somewhere else outside the house.
I moved to Düsseldorf last year in my own flat, but I really missed living with other people. Thats why I decided to look for a bigger flat and flat mates.
