gut geschnittenes Zimmer - 22 m² - in ruhiger & grüner Lage in Oberbilk ab 01. März 2018 frei. Mietzeit bis 31.05.2018 ggf. bis 30.06.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einer Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne, einer Abstellkammer und befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Aufzug ist vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine, ein Kühlschrank, Kochplatten (4Stck.) und ein Minibackofen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr etc. gehören mit zur Ausstattung und können mitgenutzt werden. Einen Keller sowie einen Fahrradkeller gibt es auch.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt wohinter sich ein Regal Expedit 4x4 verbirgt, was als Kleiderschrank Ersatz bisher gute Dienste geleistet hat - muss man sehen.
Fotos gerne per Anfrage und Skype Besichtigungen sind auch kein Thema.
ÖPNV unweit und zur Uni ist es auch nicht weit.
