The interested bedroom is more or less 12 sq.m. In the room are already two bookshelves, but there isn´t a bed and a closet. The flat is 80 sq.m. including a kitchen with a balcony, dining table and a washing machine which can be also used. The living room is also a bigger room with a couch. The bathroom with the bathtub is separated from the toilet. And both bedrooms have a direct access to the bigger balcony to the inner courtyard.
The flat is on the 3rd floor in a building which is located in a very comfortable Position in Düsseldorf-Oberbilk. The subway station is directly next to the house with 3 very comfortable lines which are connected to the University as well as to the most important locations of the city. Also the train station is next to the house with a direct Connection to Cologne, Essen or the international Airport of Düsseldorf. Also supermarkets and other shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
My Name is Franco, I´m an italian guy borned in Germany. I lived in Cologne and Milan in the last 7 years and joined to Düsseldorf since July. I´m a professional working sometimes in Leverkusen and sometimes in Düsseldorf. I speak german, english, spanish and italian. I´m really openminded and trustworthy.
