Wir bieten ein 16 qm Zimmer mit ruhigen Blick zum Hinterhof. Da wir im 4. OG wohnen, ist es sehr sicher und man bekommt wenig vom Straßenverkehr mit. Das Zimmer hat ein neues Fenster und ist deswegen sehr schnell heizbar.

We are looking for someone to live with us in a 16 sq m room with a quiet view out the back of the building. We live on the 4th (5th for US system) floor, so it's very safe and you won't hear much traffic. The room has a new window and can be made warm very quickly.
Super ÖPNV Möglichkeiten, die Bushaltestelle Karl-Geusen-Str. liegt fast direkt vor der Tür, Oberbilk S-Bahnhof (S1 und S6) , U-Bahnhof und eine Haltestelle für die 705 sind kurz um der Ecke.
Penny ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß, Aldi und Edeka sind 10 Minuten weg. Schneller ist man natürlich mit dem Fahrrad. ;)

Excellent connection to public transportation, including a bus stop almost directly in front of our door. The train (S1 and S6), underground (U77,78,79) and tram (Line 705) are just around the corner.
Penny is a 7 minute walk, Aldi and Edeka are about 10 minutes away. Even faster with a bike ;)
Wir sind eine internationale WG und suchen zum 01. Dezember eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) und zum 1. Januar ein zweiten um unsere liebe Mitbewohner die wegziehen zu ersetzten. Wir sind beide fast oder gerade fertige Masterstudenten und arbeiten Teilzeit. Wir suchen jemanden, der sich nicht nur in einer Zweck WG aufhalten will, sondern jemand der auch manchmal zusammen kochen mag oder zusammen etwas unternehmen will. We are an international WG and are looking for one roommate for the 1st of December and one for the 1st of January to replace two flatmates who are moving out. We are both finishing/ -ed with Master's studies and work part time. We are looking for someone who doesn't just need a place to sleep, but someone who also wants to hang out sometimes and cook together or go for a walk. We both speak English, but would also like to practice our German. Do you see yourself here? We look forward to meeting you!
Die Abstandszahlung von 400 € beinhaltet 250 € für die Möbel und Geräte in der Wohnung (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Fernseher usw) und 150 € für die Möbel im Zimmer inkl. ein eigenen Kühlschrank. Ein Prozent kann an der Nachmieter weitergeleitet werden.
The compensation payment of 400 € is made of 250 € for the furniture and appliances in the apartment (dishwasher, washing machine, living room sofa, television, etc) and 150 € for the furniture in the room, including your own mini fridge. These costs can be passed on to the next tenant when you move out.
