Zum 10.09. suche ich einen Zwischenmieter bis zum 20.12. für mein WG-Zimmer in einer Dreier-WG in Oberbilk. In unserer alten Villa gibt es viele andere WGs und Untermieter. Ich wohne dort mit zwei sehr netten Jungen zusammen. Die Uni ist fußläufig 15 Minuten entfernt. Zur Haltestelle Christophstraße sind es 5 Minuten. Und zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der Bahn maximal 15 Minuten. Der Volksgarten ist direkt nebenan.
Ich biete das Zimmer möbliert an, allerdings werden zu diesem Zeitpunkt andere Möbel als jetzt drin sein. Und ohne Hund 🐶 😊
Gartenmitbenutzung inklusive.
Mit allem drum und dran würde das Zimmer 350€ pro Monat kosten. Internet und Möbelbenutzung inklusive. Ich denke, alles weitere können wir bei einem Kennenlernen besprechen. Bei Fragen meldet euch einfach 🙂

The fully furnished room (but with another interior) is offered from September 10 to December 20. You will live together with two very nice guys in the Düsseldorfer district Oberbilk which is a 15 Minute walk away from Heinrich-Heine University. The next train station is a five minute walk away and it takes you fifteen minutes by train to get to the Düsseldorf main station. A park is very nearby.
I’m offering the room fully furnished but with different furniture. No dogs included 😊🐶
You can use the garden with the other tenants. The building is an old mansion and there are a lot of other flat-sharing communities.
