Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer schönen Altbauwohnung und wird möbeliert vermietet. Durch die zwei großen Fenster kommt trotz Nordseite viel Licht hinein, es bleibt jedoch auch im Sommer angenehm kühl. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, einen Schrank und ein Regal und außerdem ein kleines Kabuff für zusätzlichen Stauraum.
The room is part of a beautiful old building and is completely furnished. The rooms has two big windows and a wooden floor. The room also has a little coop for extra storage space.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut angebunden im Stadtteil Oberbilk an der Grenze zu Friedrichstadt. Mehrere Haltestellen (S-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Busse) sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In direkter Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte und auch der Volksgarten ist weniger als 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
The apartment is located in Oberbilk, very close to Friedrichstadt. There are several stations (trains, trams, busses) in near walking distance, also you have bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a beautiful park very near by.
Die WG ist eine Studenten-WG und löst sich nach über zwei Jahren nun leider auf. Da Simone etwas länger in der Wohnung bleibt, würde sie für die Zeit Deine Mitbewohnerin sein. Sie ist 26 Jahre alt und hat gerade das Kunstgeschichtsstudium abgeschlossen. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt, wenn Du also neu in der Stadt bist und vielleicht ein bisschen Anschluss suchst, kannst Du dich hier gut einfinden, wenn Du aber eher Deine Ruhe möchtest, kannst Du dich auch super zurückziehen. Allgemein ist beim Zusammenleben in dieser WG vor allem gegenseitiges Verständnis, aber auch Spaß am gemeinsamen Wohnen besonders wichtig.
After more than two years two of us are moving out of our shared apartment. Since Simone stays a little bit longer, she will be your flatmate for that time. She is 26 years old and just got her bachelor's degree in arthistory. The living situation is very laid back, if you are new in town and looking for a little bit of connection you have the opportunity to get to know the city and meet a few people, if you would rather be on your own, you can also easily do that. Living together for us means being understanding and kind, but also feeling comfortable together.
